In any parking space designated for vehicles.

Yes, the office should be made aware and they should be added to the lease as minor occupants.

No the property has grill onsite for residents to use.

Yes. We have storage units available for a fee of $100-$200/Month.

Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

Yes, but must paint or be charged to return color back to original color upon move out.
